The short version: the app collects no personal data, has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, and sends nothing to us. Your camera and microphone go only to the streaming destinations you configure. Everything below is detail on that.

What the app accesses, and why

• Camera and microphone — to capture the video and audio you stream or record. This media is encoded on your device and sent only to the destinations you add (for example your Twitch or Kick ingest, an SRT/SRTLA receiver you control, or a local recording file). We never receive it.
• Network — to deliver your stream, including over several networks at once (Wi-Fi and cellular) when you use bonding.
• Notifications — a persistent status notification while capture is running.

What stays on your device

Your settings, scenes, and stream destinations (including stream keys and passphrases you enter) are stored locally on your device and nowhere else. Config export files are created only when you ask, saved where you choose, and deliberately exclude stream keys.

Third-party services the app talks to

Only at your direction, and only these kinds:

• Your streaming destinations — the ingest servers you configure receive your stream under their own privacy terms.
• Chat and emotes — if you add a chat overlay, the app connects anonymously to the platform's public chat (Twitch, Kick) and fetches public emote/badge images from Twitch, 7TV, BTTV and FFZ. No account of yours is involved; these services see your device's IP address, as any internet connection does.
• OBS — if you use OBS remote control, the app talks to your own OBS on your local network.

What we collect

Nothing. The app contains no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs and makes no connections to our servers. If this ever changes (for example, optional crash reporting), this policy will be updated first and any collection will be opt-in.

Children

The app is a general-audience tool for live streamers and is not directed at children.

Your rights

Since we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete — your data is on your device and under your control. For any privacy question, contact support@lols.gg.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will be posted at this address with an updated date.
