Privacy Policy

Last updated: 24 August 2026

The short version: the app collects no personal data, needs no account with us, and has no analytics and no advertising. Your camera and microphone go only to the streaming destinations you configure. Everything below is detail on that.

What the app accesses, and why

What stays on your device

Your settings, scenes, and stream destinations (including stream keys and passphrases you enter) are stored locally on your device and nowhere else. Config export files are created only when you ask, saved where you choose, and deliberately exclude stream keys.

Third-party services the app talks to

Only at your direction, and only these kinds:

What we collect

The app itself: nothing. It contains no analytics or crash-reporting SDKs and phones home to no one. If this ever changes (for example, optional crash reporting), this policy will be updated first and any collection will be opt-in.

The optional relay key service (relay-auth.lols.gg) stores the key it issued to you and, for rate-limiting only, a salted hash of the requesting IP address, not the address itself. Creating a key requires signing in with Twitch, and we store the Twitch account id and username that sign-in returns, so that the monthly allowance belongs to a person rather than to a key. We ask Twitch for no permissions beyond identifying you, and we never receive your Twitch password. Keys created before sign-in was introduced are not linked to any account.

Children

The app is a general-audience tool for live streamers and is not directed at children.

Your rights

Since we hold no data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. Your data is on your device and under your control. For any privacy question, contact support@lols.gg.

Changes

Material changes to this policy will be posted at this address with an updated date.
